Tickets Administration Notice

Please note the following ticket booking and payment deadlines for the event.
- Deadline for booking tickets is Thursday 22nd May, exactly a week from today.
- The total number of tickets booked, including those paid, will be paid over to the hotel at midnight on Thursday 22nd May 2026.
- The hotel will receive the final numbers for food preparation at midnight on Thursday 22nd May 2026.
- Deadline for receiving money for all booked tickets remaining unpaid is Wednesday 27th May 2026.
- For anybody to attend the event, a ticket must be booked before Thursday 22nd May 2026 and must be paid for before Wednesday 27th May 2026.

- The relief of persons in need by reason of poverty, sickness and distress;
- The protection and preservation of health;
- The advancement of education;
- The conservation of flora and fauna
- And for such other charitable purpose or purposes as the trustees may from time to time decide
