Poverty Alleviation
"I want to implore the youth not to lose hope during these hard times when poverty is too much" – Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II
The Kabaka Foundation responds swiftly and compassionately to crises and ongoing community needs. Whether it’s flooding, displacement, or economic hardship, our poverty alleviation and relief services are rooted in solidarity and cultural duty.
We work with clan leaders (Abataka), Buganda County representatives, and international donors to deliver:
- Emergency food aid, shelter, and basic supplies
- Rehabilitation and recovery support after disasters
- Self-help initiatives that build long-term resilience
- Support for orphans, elderly, and persons with disabilities
Kabaka Foundation was established in 1996 at the King’s birthday.
A charitable trust committed to enhancing lives in the UK through education, health awareness and cultural preservation.
